One Law. Many Roads.
New Atlas has long prided itself on a simple promise: whatever road brings a citizen before the law, justice meets them on equal ground. Wealth, influence and circumstance are meant to fall away at the courthouse steps, leaving only facts, judgment and consequence.
It is an elegant idea. Necessary, too. A city this large needs somewhere to believe that every path can still be weighed by the same measure.
The scales may be balanced. What happens after is another matter.
